Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as Manager Market Steering within its Sales team.

Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd commenced operations on October 1st, 2001 and was founded to give Porsche closer ties with Asia Pacific markets that are becoming increasingly important. Porsche Asia Pacific supports the operation of importers and dealers in 13 countries: Brunei, Cambodia, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.

Tasks

Design and manage cross-departmental Business Plans for dedicated Porsche Asia Pacific markets, and act as the key account manager

Manage and steer operational and strategic sales revenue streams (new cars, used cars, equipment)

Design, coordinate and implement strategic and tactical measures including use of incentives and marketing budgets to promote sales

Support the Head of Region in daily operations

Support the Director in sales steering and strategy execution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related disciplines

Ideally 7 years of relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business sectors

Very well versed in project management, negotiation, and problem-solving

Highly motivated team player with an open/growth mindset, and the ability to steer, monitor and motivate external partners

Good understanding of international markets, preferably with previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environment
