About the opportunity

As the Logistics Manager – QCommerce, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Logistics Optimization and drive the execution and continuous improvement of fast, reliable, and cost-efficient QCommerce logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the growth of our QCommerce ecosystem.

Your focus will be on operational delivery, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination, helping improve QCommerce service delivery.

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence: Drive operational initiatives to ensure on-time, reliable, and cost-efficient delivery performance, meeting service levels for QCommerce partners and customers.

• Partner with internal teams: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to ensure the right tools, integrations, and processes are in place to support QCommerce operations.

• Monitor performance: Own KPI dashboards and regular performance reviews, translating operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with regional and local country logistics and QCommerce teams to align operational execution with business objectives.

What you need to be successful

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in logistics, product operations, or similar roles within tech, mobility, or delivery industries.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to produce actionable insights; intermediate SQL proficiency is required.

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; able to work independently, take ownership, and be reliable under pressure.

• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse markets and teams.

• Process-oriented and data-driven, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving innovative solutions.

• Adaptable and dynamic, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative/STEM-related field is a plus.
