What The Role Is

You are responsible for the administration, deployment and welfare of foreign officers deployed to Counter Terrorism Information Facility (CTIF) while working closely with stakeholders to facilitate the administration and immigration of foreign officers to CTIF in Singapore.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Manage administration, deployment and welfare of foreign officers
  • Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate administration and immigration of foreign officers
  • Coordinate the annual CTIF Council Meeting
  • Ensure daily administrative, logistics, hygiene and welfare matters during their deployment in Singapore
Challenge(s)
  • Working with foreigners from different cultural and language backgrounds with varying needs and provisions accorded by country of origin
  • Coordinating with Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) services' defence relations departments for visits
  • Responsively managing needs of partner nations during their deployment in Singapore
What We Are Looking For
  • Education in Business Administration, Human Resource, International Relations, Hospitality Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounts management, human resource administration, foreign relations, guest relations or corporate relations management
