The key responsibilities include handle end-to-end employment disputes including TADM mediation and Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) cases, serve as internal expert on Workplace Fairness Legislation and Tripartite Guidelines, manage union relationships and collective bargaining processes (where applicable), handles complex employee relations matters including grievance and disciplinary actions, train managers on fair employment practices and dispute prevention.
