Responsibilities include handling employment disputes, serving as an expert on workplace fairness, and managing collective bargaining processes. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in employee relations and a relevant Bachelor's degree.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as we strengthen our compliance with Singapore's evolving employment legislation and foster positive industrial relations. The key responsibilities include handle end-to-end employment disputes including TADM mediation and Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) cases, serve as internal expert on Workplace Fairness Legislation and Tripartite Guidelines, manage union relationships and collective bargaining processes (where applicable), handles complex employee relations matters including grievance and disciplinary actions, train managers on fair employment practices and dispute prevention.
