Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to strengthen compliance with employment legislation and improve industrial relations. This role involves managing disputes, serving as an expert on workplace fairness laws, and training managers on employment practices. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and at least 6 years of experience in industrial relations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in employee/industrial relations.
  • Prior experience as an Industrial Relations Officer preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex employment regulations.

  • Handle end-to-end employment disputes including TADM mediation and ECT cases.
  • Serve as internal expert on Workplace Fairness Legislation.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as we strengthen our compliance with Singapore's evolving employment legislation and foster positive industrial relations. The key responsibilities include handle end-to-end employment disputes including TADM mediation and Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) cases, serve as internal expert on Workplace Fairness Legislation and Tripartite Guidelines, manage union relationships and collective bargaining processes (where applicable), handles complex employee relations matters including grievance and disciplinary actions, train managers on fair employment practices and dispute prevention.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferrable in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in employee/industrial relations
  • Prior experience as an Industrial Relations Officer preferred
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and dispute resolution frameworks
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • High emotional intelligence for handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex employment regulations
