Job description
  • Develop and review the Porsche Asia Pacific (“PAP”) HR strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy, market-specific requirements and potentials, as well as the Volkswagen group HR approach to Asia Pacific
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives leveraging digitalisation, reviewing and coordinating the implementation of internal enhancement along the employee life cycle
  • Manage employee compensation, disciplinary matters, talent and performance management, and recognition
  • Identify, evaluate, and foster best practice sharing and cross-functional synergies at PAP in conjunction with headquarters, as well as other subsidiaries to enhance employee experience
  • Manage HR compliance and integrity, ensure clear communication and equitable application of policies and procedures in accordance with Group standards
  • Facilitate and develop an understanding and application of modern leadership and support effective cross-departmental collaboration
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance
  • Good knowledge of the specifics of employment law
  • Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiatives
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • Preferably previous professional experience in multi-cultural environment
