Oversee the delivery of outsourced HR and payroll services for multiple clients. Ensure operational accuracy, legal compliance, and high service standards while managing client relationships and supporting business growth.
1. Client Relationship Manager
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong relationships and manage service expectations
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
2. HR Advisory & Operations Management
- Manage HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, records, and leave
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and client policies
- Advise on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Draft and review HR documents and policies
3. Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, SDL, IRAS)
- Ensure timely salary disbursements and tax filings (IR8A, IR21)
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across payroll systems
4. Process Improvement and Business Support
- Identify and implement operational improvements
- Support HRIS/payroll system upgrades and client onboarding
- Assist in business development and strategy execution
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 5–6 years of HR and payroll experience
- Proven experience in HR outsourcing, shared services, or consulting environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, and other statutory frameworks
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software
- Excellent interpersonal, advisory, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
