What The Role Is

You will be part of a strategic team driving transformation of peacetime Human Resource (HR) administration and manpower operations, supporting capability development, long-term strategic planning and workforce restructuring initiatives while formulating strategies and measures to minimise systemic gaps that arise from HR policy-operations-technology interface.

  • Drive transformation of HR administration and manpower operations
  • Support capability development and long-term strategic planning
  • Support workforce restructuring initiatives and capability development
  • Formulate strategies and measures to minimise systemic gaps that arise from HR policy-operations-technology interface
  • Oversee coordination with executing agencies to implement transformation measures
Challenge(s)
  • Translating strategic intent into executable plans amidst evolving operational demands to support capability development and transformation
  • Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving collaboration with external agencies to undertake review of policies, processes, as well as executors to implement measures to enhance HR administration
  • Balancing innovation with practical solutioning mindset to cope with dynamic environment
What We Are Looking For
  • Education in Human Resource Management is preferred
  • Relevant work experience in planning or transformation role is advantageous
  • Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to synthesise insights from diverse sources of information, identify and communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
  • Keen interest in strategic HR and public sector transformation
  • Logical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
