A governmental organization in Singapore is seeking a professional to drive transformation in Human Resource operations. You will support capability development and strategic planning while formulating measures to enhance HR policy integration. The ideal candidate has a background in Human Resource Management and strong communication skills. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to implement effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
You will be part of a strategic team driving transformation of peacetime Human Resource (HR) administration and manpower operations, supporting capability development, long-term strategic planning and workforce restructuring initiatives while formulating strategies and measures to minimise systemic gaps that arise from HR policy-operations-technology interface.
