Job description

Job Scope:

1. Nutrient tagging of food database, such as sauces, cooking oil, beverages. This includes:
   • Data entry of product packaging information and nutrient content into database
   • Visiting physical stores to obtain information.
2. Administrative support for industry and public consultation process. This includes tracking and collating of industry feedback and responses.
3. Conduct monitoring for the compliance of Food Regulations and Codes under HPB (freshly prepared and prepacked beverages to the Nutri‑Grade labelling, sale of infant formula), which may involve physical site checks & online checks.
4. Provide support in the administration of follow‑up actions for cases of non‑compliance.
5. Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned, including conduct monitoring of compliance of freshly prepared and prepacked beverages to the Nutri‑Grade labelling.

Working Arrangement:

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays

Salary: $17/H

Location: Outram Park

Duration: Imm - Mar 26 (with possibility of extension)

Requirements:

• Highly adaptable and quick to learn, able to perform data entry on Excel
• Meticulous, with a keen eye for detail, in order to capture a large amount of data accurately within a short timeline
• Capable of basic data analyses to make sense of the data and findings
• Willing to travel within Singapore for occasional off‑site monitoring purpose
