Join us in shaping healthcare infrastructure development through financial stewardship. You will provide vital financial oversight and analytical support for infrastructure projects across SingHealth. Your core responsibility will be to conduct financial analysis, develop projections, and manage costing for significant infrastructure projects and investments. Working collaboratively with various stakeholders, you will help maintain prudent spending practices and contribute to long-term financial sustainability.

You will support the institutions through close collaboration with their Chief Financial Officers and operational teams. This includes preparing strategic reports for senior management, helping institutions understand their financial performance and conducting thorough reviews of investments and strategic projects. You will play a crucial role in assessing financial exposure related to space planning and development forecasts whilst leveraging data analytics to enhance programme effectiveness.

Working closely with the Ministry of Health, you will manage funding requests and allocations, ensuring all expenditures align with approved scopes and budgets.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting / Accountancy with at least 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience in healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in handling projects will be an advantage
  • Familiar with government funding process, from application to claims submission and reporting
  • Experience in financial closing processes and prior involvement in financial audits
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholders’ management skills
  • Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Analytical and meticulous, with strong leadership, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
