About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to drive global revenue insights for Floorcare, as well as Revenue Performance of the category. This role will be critical in shaping our global Revenue growth strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities, and translating data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making at the highest levels. You will work cross-functionally across the Floorcare Business Units, markets and stakeholders in the business to ensure that Revenue goals are met and shaped with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Category Revenue Management – Floorcare
- Drive Floorcare revenue performance management globally, ensuring category P&L aligns with overall business objectives.
- Lead commercial analysis of Floorcare’s product lifecycle—including product launches, portfolio/range strategy, channel mix, pricing, and market expansion opportunities.
- Define the right new product range for global markets, including the development and management of customer exclusives, to maximise market relevance and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with global markets to develop, review, and govern market-level, Floorcare-specific revenue strategies.
- Assess market, competitor, and consumer trends within the Floorcare segment to optimise category performance.
2. New Product Launch Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end product launch planning for the Floorcare category, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Supply, Operations, BU Commercial, and Finance.
- Define and develop ideal launch strategies and timelines, balancing market readiness with business objectives.
- Identify and proactively manage launch risks, developing mitigation plans and ensuring contingency measures are in place.
- Ensure seamless execution of go to market plans across all relevant functions, acting as the key point of contact for all launch activities and post-launch analysis.
3. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with Global Analytics, Data, Marketing, and Floorcare BU teams to ensure robust data, reporting, and commercial governance for the category.
- Influence the creation of marketing assets, ensuring investments are efficient and directly support category speed-to-market and revenue ambitions.
- Support global markets with commercial guidance for Floorcare new launches and existing product optimizations.
4. Category Advocacy
- Position yourself as the Floorcare revenue performance subject matter expert, advocating for category growth across Dyson’s global organization.
- Contribute to category forums and workshops, sharing best practices and commercial insights.
About You
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial, marketing, revenue management, business strategy, or category development roles, preferably within a global or regional remit.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of P&L and ability to review category strategies and activation
- Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Ability to story tell with clear narratives with proficiency in PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of the Consumer goods industry and its commercial landscape.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful market strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional relationships.
