  • Benchmark against regional peers; provide insights on market/client needs and APAC’s competitive stance.

2) Stakeholder Management
  • Build collaborative partnerships with leaders across the Investment Platform and Client Platform; deeply understand business requirements to influence strategy and technology use.

3) People Leadership
  • Oversee the APAC technology team (~20 professionals and growing); coach senior direct/matrix reports across IT Services in APAC.

  • Oversee day‑to‑day support for critical front‑office data and applications spanning Enterprise Batch, ABOR, IBOR, Reference Data & Pricing, Trading, Post‑Trade Ops, Guideline Monitoring, Investor Applications.

5) Resilience, Incident & Crisis Management
  • Strengthen crisis/major‑incident response and cross‑regional communications; partner with Enterprise Resilience, Risk, Legal, and Compliance as needed.

  • Ensure APAC regulatory expectations are understood within technology teams (e.g., Singapore MAS 1‑hour notification requirements for critical technology disruptions); uphold disciplined reporting across committees/boards.
