The Senior Manager will manage and oversee specific Future Workforce Development programmes and initiatives, lead project teams, and ensure effective implementation of workforce transformation activities.
The job responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support SGH's transformation initiatives and technology adoption.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and design intervention programmes to address resistance and build change capability.
- Establish change champion networks across departments to facilitate smooth transitions during organisational transformations.
- Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness through staff feedback mechanisms and pulse surveys.
- Partner with HR to analyse current job roles and identify opportunities for redesign in response to technological advancements and care model innovations.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to develop new role specifications and competency frameworks.
- Design transition pathways for staff moving into redesigned positions, including skills mapping and career progression routes.
- Evaluate the impact of job redesign on operational efficiency and staff satisfaction.
- Partner with Learning & Career Development to develop comprehensive competency development programmes addressing current and future skills requirements.
- Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate an innovation-driven culture throughout the organisation. · Oversee innovation knowledge sharing platforms to promote cross-departmental collaboration and create awareness.
- Continuous reviews and improvements to current elearning curriculum to ensure content relevancy.
- Ensure emerging healthcare technologies talks are executed properly.
- Identify and secure funding opportunities and grants to support FWD initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years working experience, preferably in Behavioural Science/ Communications / Business.
- Experience in Organisational Development, Competency Mapping/ Development and supervisory skills will be an advantage.
- Preferably someone with knowledge of hospital operations (clinical and/ or support function).
- Ability to facilitate discussions with different levels of staff.
- Task driven, strong facilitation, planning and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills and ability to write well.
