Deloitte Singapore is seeking an experienced Consolidation & Financial Reporting (CFR) consultant to join our Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. You will contribute to end-to-end OneStream implementations, delivering enterprise-scale financial consolidation and statutory reporting solutions for a diverse client base.

As a Manager, you will design multi-dimensional data models, develop automation rules in VB.NET/C#, and build dashboards using OneStream.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' experience in OneStream or CFR platforms with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong technical aptitude with scripting or programming logic (VB.NET, C#, or SQL).
• Strong knowledge of finance systems, financial consolidation and planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad.

The team advises our clients on the transformational outcomes achievable through a range of digital tools and implement the one that suits clients' business needs. We are looking for experienced Consolidation & Financial Reporting (CFR) consultants to join our team to deliver enterprise-scale financial consolidation, statutory reporting solutions for our clients. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end implementation of OneStream solution. You will work alongside solution architects, finance SMEs, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and configure multi-dimensional data models for financial consolidation and financial reporting
• Develop business rules (VB.NET/C#) to automate complex calculation logic
• Develop dashboards and reports using OneStream's native reporting tools
• Build data integration with source systems using OneStream's Data Management framework
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements phase to deployment

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Tertiary qualification in a business, technology or finance discipline.
• Minimum 12years' working experience in implementation of OneStream or comparable CFR platforms (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Cloud EPM [FCCS/EPBCS], Jedox, Board, Hyperion HFM/Planning, SAP BPC, or Cognos TM1) with at least one full lifecycle implementation focusing on financial consolidation, and reporting.
• Strong technical aptitude, including experience with scripting or programming logic(e.g., VB.NET, C#, or SQL) and multi-dimensional data modeling.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes & / or financial consolidation or planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
• Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
