Job summary

A recruitment company is seeking a Manager for Factory Control Automation in Singapore. The role involves managing project aspects, coordinating with subcontractors and clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Building & Construction / Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.
• Working experience in the M&E and commercial office fit-out industry.
• Provides risk assessments and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project matters and workers.
• Work with subcontractors, equipment providers, landlords, consultants, and clients.
• Assist with projects from beginning to end, ensuring completion within budget.

Skills

Proficient in DCS

Proficient in SCADA

Proficient in PLC (Siemens S7 PLC, WinCC, and PCS7)

Strong knowledge in ANSI standards

Strong knowledge in IEC standards

Strong knowledge in ISO standards

Education

Job description

Position: Manager (Factory Control Automation)

Salary: up $7000 (depend on exp)
Working Day: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat)
Working Hour: 9am - 6pm | 9am - 1pm
Working Location (office): Loyang Crescent
(may be required to be station out of office)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all projects matters and workers.
• Able to work in tandem with subcontractors, equipment providers, landlords, consultants, and clients.
• Capable of creating risk assessments, permits to work, and other project documentation as needed.
• Assist with projects from the beginning to the end, making sure that everything is completed within the allocated budget.
• Capable of analyzing contract, technical, and tender documents; has strong negotiating skills.
• Keep an eye on cost management, variation work, project costing, and progress payments.
• Create plans and supporting documentation for supplier quotes that will serve as the foundation for pricing.
• Prepare and follow up on requests for quotes from subcontractors or suppliers of materials or equipment.
• Help with the preparation of the technical proposal, costing summary, and pricing comparison to prepare the tender submission.
• Participate in customer and consultant meetings for the project.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least Diploma in Building & Construction / Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.
• Working experience M&E and commercial office fit-out industry.
• Proficient in DCS, SCADA, PLC (Siemens S7 PLC, WinCC, and PCS7)
• Proficient in P&IDs, loop diagrams instrument specifications and datasheets.
• Strong knowledge in industry standards, code & safety like ANSI, IEC, and ISO.
