• Work closely with the Senior Management to establish and achieve sales and margin goals, develop operating budgets and monitor performance
• Ensure service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are maintained at the highest levels.
• Lead, train, and mentor F&B teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing and labour cost control.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
