Role Overview

Lead and execute Four Star Industries’ retail gallery sales strategy, roadshow planning, promoter management, and marketing coordination. Drive revenue through experiential marketing and retail activations, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for retail galleries, exhibitions, and pop-up stores.
  • Manage gallery operations, visual merchandising, and retail promotions.
  • Plan and execute brand events and oversee retail expansion feasibility.
  • Source and secure strategic venues; lead roadshow planning and execution.
  • Recruit, train, and manage promoters and sales staff; optimize manpower and productivity.
  • Align marketing campaigns with business objectives; ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Oversee event operations, inventory, payments, and compliance.
  • Contribute to business planning, monitor market trends, and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
