A leading beverage company in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Manager who will develop and execute strategies to enhance online sales performance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or F&B industries. Wine Connection owns and operates the largest chain of wine retail shops and full‑service wine‑themed restaurants in Thailand and Singapore. We are the exclusive importer of 300+ labels of wines from around the world, craft beers, glassware and related accessories, as well as selected delicatessen products.
Since our inception in 1998, Wine Connection has steadily grown the number of wine retail shops and diversified into the full‑service restaurant business by introducing the integrated retail wine shop – restaurant concept, becoming the leader in Asia with over 100 outlets to date, and counting.
E-commerce Strategy & Operations
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve customer retention.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the company’s e-commerce platform, including website and marketplace accounts.
Oversee product listings, promotions, and inventory to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
Coordinate with internal teams to align online and offline sales strategies.
Identify opportunities for expanding the online product range and optimizing product positioning.
Monitor and optimise website performance, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Collaborate with developer to implement improvements, fix bugs, and enhance site functionality.
Ensure the website is mobile‑friendly and optimised for conversion.
Improve website searchability, navigation, and checkout process to maximise sales.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, conversion rates, and customer behaviours.
Use data‑driven insights to make recommendations for improving sales and customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure timely and efficient handling of online customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
Manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
Develop and manage online customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E‑commerce, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in e‑commerce management, preferably in the retail, F&B, or wine industry.
Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).
Ability to analyse data and make strategic business decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
