Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversees the strategy, design, and delivery of automated systems to streamline workflows and enable smarter, system-led decisions
• Champions system intelligence projects to support operational leadership
• Transforms complex data analyses into meaningful insights, delivering clear and actionable reports and presentations to stakeholders across management and the advisory force
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Create clear, actionable reports and presentations for various stakeholders
• Use analytical techniques and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to automate reports and increase efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations and company policies
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of new systems and processes
• Provide administrative support, prepare correspondence, and assist with drafting SOPs

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years or more of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a similar role within the Life Insurance or FA/Agency industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills.
• Meticulous and highly skilled with numbers
• Has experience in data management (clean up, transformation, analysis), Distribution
• Knowledge of Agency/FA activities and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
