The Lead Analyst will own the detailed solution design for key projects within the cross-border and warehouse domains. This role is responsible for guiding projects through the entire delivery lifecycle, mentoring team members, and ensuring that all technical deliverables meet rigorous standards for quality, compliance, and architectural integrity.
Job Responsibilities
Solution Design & Team Guidance
- Lead and manage the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility
- Design and take ownership of the end-to-end solution architecture for assigned projects
- Guide the team in creating detailed Functional Requirements Specifications and ensure all technical solutions align with the product vision
Execution Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Oversee the review and validation of all technical specifications and testing strategies developed by the team
- Manage the execution of critical System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Lead the deployment process for key projects and act as the escalation point during post-go-live hypercare
Stakeholder Management & Compliance
- Serve as the key technical liaison between the project team and business stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates on progress and challenges
- Ensure the team produces and maintains high-quality documentation (FRS, SOPs, Process Flows)
- Enforce adherence to all organizational technology rules, security policies, and architectural standards within the team's deliverables
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with increasing responsibility in roles such as System Analysis, Technical Business Analysis or Solutions Design
- Professional certifications are highly valued, such as: PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
