Responsibilities
- Guide the development, enhancement, and alignment of the organisation's priorities and strategic plans.
- Set up and monitor organization-wide indicators, timelines, and accountability structures to track progress.
- Perform extensive research and analysis to support strategy formulation.
- Ensure that strategic plans are clearly communicated to internal stakeholders.
- Supervise the monitoring, analysis, and dissemination of results related to strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
- Prepare performance updates and presentations for senior leadership discussions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to examine performance patterns, surface issues, and highlight areas with potential for enhancement.
- Oversee the organisation’s annual work-plan process, covering priority-setting, coordination with stakeholders, preparation of documents, recording of discussions, and follow-through on major initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of the management level initiatives.
- Lead the completion and assessment regarding effectiveness of project expenditure.
- Manage governance activities that include policy updates and evaluations of incoming proposals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shape service-level strategies, major priorities, and development roadmaps.
- Contribute to special initiatives.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree related to Healthcare, Business Administration, Strategy, or equivalent.
