My client, one of Asia's top-ranked and accredited global educational institutions is seeking a Manager, Corporate Outreach (Executive Education) to spearhead their corporate engagement and executive learning partnerships across the region.

This is a high-impact commercial role where you will work closely with HR, L&D and C-suite stakeholders to architect leadership development solutions that shape workforce capabilities across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of corporate clients for the school’s executive education programs (customised & open-enrolment)
  • Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to proposal design, negotiation and closure
  • Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, business heads, and senior executivesacross sectors
  • Work with academic and program development teams to design high-impact learning solutions aligned to corporate needs
  • Represent the institution at industry events, HR forums, and business conferences, elevating brand visibility
  • Develop strategic outreach initiatives that enhance brand presence within the corporate learning and executive development landscape
  • Understand client needs and challenges, translating them into relevant, high-impact learning solutions with internal academic teams
  • Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and pipeline management to support forecasting and market strategy
  • Develop growth strategies to expand market share within key industries and HR/L&D ecosystems
Requirements
  • Min Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of B2B sales or corporate outreach experience, ideally within Executive Education, HR/L&D solutions, training, or consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate complex corporate environments
  • Existing network within HR, L&D, or corporate training ecosystems would be an added advantage
