Job summary

National Dental Centre of Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Manager, Corporate Communications to lead and coordinate communications across media, leadership messaging, and internal/external engagement.

The role requires solid project management, calendar oversight, and collaboration with SingHealth on patient education materials and events. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant experience, excellent English skills with a second language, and proficiency in graphic/video tools to support

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 5–8 years relevant experience in corporate communications.
• Strong project management and ability to multi-task and drive campaigns to deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English and a second language.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Canva and Capcut or similar video software.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the team to showcase the importance of oral health and how this impacts physical and overall health.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive communications, including media communications, leadership communications such as speeches, memos and focused engagements.
• Manage the editorial content calendar and keep staff engaged on key happenings and milestones in NDCS.
• Work with different stakeholders and departments, and with SingHealth on patient education materials, videos as well as internal events.
• Assist in crisis communications.
• Represent corporate communications in selected committee meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
