Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual advice across all project stages.
• Review tender documents, identify risks, and secure strong commercial positions.
• Ensure contract compliance across procurement and subcontracting.
• Track milestones, payments, variation orders, and project deliverables.
• Manage claims, disputes, and settlements with support from Legal.
• Guide project teams on contract obligations and documentation.
• Lead contract familiarization sessions for the project team.
• Strengthen internal processes and risk-management practices.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with 8+ years' experience in contract management within marine, shipping, or offshore O&G.
• Strong knowledge of variation orders, notice periods, claims, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of contract law and project execution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, independent, and professional with high integrity.
