What the role is:

You manage contractual and financial matters for maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to MINDEF/SAF guidelines.

What you will be working on:
  • Manage contractual and financial matters for maintenance contracts under your portfolio
  • Ensure adherence to MINDEF/SAF guidelines in contract execution
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify transactional risks
  • Recommend changes to keep internal control measures relevant and adequate
  • Manage and monitor budgets allocated to contracts
  • Evaluate resource and fund deployment effectiveness
Challenge(s)
  • Staying current with finance and audit policy changes
  • Evaluating and identifying gaps in existing processes
  • Making sound recommendations to bridge identified gaps
  • Managing diverse contracts with various pricing mechanisms
What we are looking for:
  • Education in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Logistics Management or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in outsourcing or contracting procedures is advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analytical and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
