Manager, Content Management & Partnerships (1-year contract)

NTUC LearningHub is seeking a proactive and experienced professional to lead content partner sourcing, management, and curation for our Learning Platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams to deliver high-quality, relevant learning content to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Partner Sourcing & Management
- Identify and onboard new content partners aligned with our strategic goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with content providers, professional bodies, and government agencies.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, working closely with the legal team.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
Content Management & Curation
- Oversee the full content lifecycle—refresh, retire, and update content based on learner needs and platform data.
- Supervise external vendors and curators to ensure content quality and relevance for enterprise clients.
- Work with subject matter experts and internal teams to develop and publish impactful learning content.
Marketing & Communications Support
- Partner with Corporate Sales and external stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new content.
- Coordinate with agencies to produce marketing materials for content launches and product features.
Other Responsibilities
- Track and report key content performance metrics.
- Prepare presentation decks for internal and external business reviews.
- Support other initiatives related to content and partnership development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, continuing education, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in partnership development.
- Proven ability to lead contract negotiations and manage contract lifecycles.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in marketing and communications is a plus.
