Overview

Provide personalized support and coordination of medical services to patients. Ensure seamless coordination of medical services between policyholders, financial representatives and medical providers to enhance the overall healthcare experience for our customers. To drive utilisation of preferred partners services and increase customers’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and communicating with healthcare providers
  • Coordinate cashless admissions with healthcare facilities in a timely manner and maintaining accurate records of arrangements
  • Facilitate communication between customers, agents, healthcare providers including hospitals and doctors
  • Follow up on the medical journey with customers timely including visitation in hospitals to provide emotional support and guidance throughout the patient journey
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • On call standby to attend to incoming cases after office hours on rotation basis
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry will be advantageous
