Manager (Coach – Frailty Prevention Programme) | 1 Year

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: Up to $5,000/month

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop health and wellness programs focused on frailty prevention for seniors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create content and digital resources.
  • Run and support Active Health programmes within the Frailty Prevention initiative.
  • Coach senior participants in both lab-based and community settings.
  • Train instructors to lead senior-focused programmes.
  • Collect and analyse data for programme evaluation and impact reporting.
Requirements
  • Degree in Sports & Exercise Science or related field.
  • Experience developing content for fitness, health, or wellness programmes.
  • Familiar with operations in fitness or healthcare sectors.
  • Active lifestyle and strong passion for promoting health and sports.
  • Confident working with the senior population and the general public.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and open to evolving work scopes.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to help shape best practices.
