Job summary

Howden Private Wealth, Singapore, is seeking a Manager, Client Services to lead policy servicing and client coordination in a fast-paced wealth environment.

The role involves reviewing in-force policies, liaising with private bankers, and ensuring AML/KYC compliance while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Strong English and Mandarin communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of work experience, preferably with knowledge in insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (bilingual in English and Mandarin).
• Good understanding of trust and corporate structures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual policy reviews and analysis with clients and private bankers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare clients’ annual review packs for servicing consultants.
• Prepare, create, populate Excel worksheets on client information for servicing and follow ups.
• Handle all policy servicing requests from private banking partners, policy owners and insurers.
• Act as a liaison between trustees, banks and insurers on offshore structures holding UHNW policies.
• Manage client due diligence for in-force UHNW policies.
• Coordinate FATCA, UK CDOT and OECD CRS requirements for insurers.
• Identify client’s holding structure for AML/KYC reporting.
• Enhance service quality for clients and private banking partners.
