Overview

You are responsible for ensuring the readiness of facilities and associated equipment within the assigned camp complex, ensuring 100% readiness of critical ops facilities at all times while being in charge of maintaining food safety, ensuring timely delivery of retail, feeding and maintenance services, and making sure service quality and safety standards are on par with the standards set.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Achieve 100% readiness of critical ops facilities in assigned camp complex
  • Ensure high readiness of facilities and associated equipment within assigned camp complex
  • Achieve 100% food safety record with no occurrence of gastrointestinal cases in assigned camp complex
  • Ensure effective and timely delivery of retail, feeding, and maintenance services in assigned camp complex
  • Ensure compliance with service quality and safety standards set by national bodies or Supply Command Headquarters
  • Maintain cost-effectiveness and financial prudence in execution of facilities repair and maintenance works
  • Set priorities and objectives, develop and manage personnel under your charge
Challenges
  • Sustaining high standards for camp services due to their operationally-critical nature
  • Closely monitoring contractors and mediating effectively between contractors and supported units
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene to avoid mass outbreaks of gastrointestinal diseases
  • Ensuring critical ops facilities are swiftly repaired to provide necessary infrastructural support
What We Are Looking For
  • Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or Retail
  • At least 2 years of working experience in relevant roles is preferred
  • Experience in management or team supervision and in working with contractors and suppliers
  • Expertise in domains of institutional catering, estate management and maintenance or retail is advantageous
