Job summary

A government agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage the refresh of administrative facilities in their camps and bases. What the role is

You implement the refresh of administrative facilities in MINDEF/SAF camps and bases.

What you will be working on
  • Implement various aspects of planned development
  • Gather and scope user/ops requirements
  • Develop evaluation criteria, select and contract vendors/services
  • Liaise and coordinate with tenant units/departments, DSTA, and regulatory bodies
  • Obtain planning permissions for project implementation
  • Manage vendors for requirement scope, schedule, budget, and compliance
  • Ensure smooth and timely implementation to achieve project objectives
Challenge(s)
  • Working on complex workplace and infrastructure refresh projects
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and regulatory bodies
What we are looking for
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in project management and large‑scale workplace/infrastructure refresh
  • Experience in construction (including Security‑By‑Design and Green Mark elements) and/or mega‑scale renovation projects is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in high‑performing teams
  • Strong adaptability and resilience
  • Skills in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Clear and confident communication skills
