Manager / Assistant Manager (Space Planning & Development)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning, Development & Space Reimagination
  • Partner with leadership to translate organizational strategies into strategic plans and frameworks for client and workplace space transformation initiatives.

  • Incorporate design thinking and sustainability principles to optimise functionality and user experience across Centre environments.

  • Develop frameworks and use cases for space utilization and optimization across sites.

  • Direct the conceptualisation and mapping of a regional space framework in space utilisation and service delivery integration for Care Corner.

2. Project Management & Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle — from concept and design development to construction/renovation and post-project evaluation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery of space transformation projects.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

  • Ensure compliance with building manual, safety standards, and sustainability targets.

  • Ensure Centres are physically and technologically equipped for integrated, future-ready operations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
  • Serve as a key liaison between departments, design partners, and facilities teams.

  • Lead workshops and engagement sessions to understand user needs and communicate design intent.

  • Facilitate co-creation processes with staff and partners to prototype and test new space transformation concepts.

  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new space concepts and ways of working.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Business/or related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in workplace strategy, design management, or project management.

  • Proven experience leading renovation or transformation projects from design to completion.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
