A healthcare service provider in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee support operations across facilities. The role involves managing compliance, improving processes in kitchen and laundry services, and guiding facilities executives. Ideal candidates have significant experience in facility management and supervisory roles, with relevant certifications being a plus.
The jobholder is responsible for all support operations & facilities related works across all Econ facilities.
Assist in reviewing, improving, and implementing processes for kitchen, laundry, and environmental hygiene.
Support business units in evaluating and implementing strategies and policies.
Oversee facilities management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and timely renewals of licenses.
Verify that maintenance services meet contractual agreements and compliance standards.
Support infrastructure upgrades, automation, digitization, and sustainability initiatives.
Provide guidance and supervision to facilities executives and technicians.
Manage reports, inventory, quotations, and statutory renewals.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or HOD.
