As part of the Changi East Programme Control Division, you will support the tracking of the various construction packages to ensure that they are on schedule and within cost. You will be involved in driving the programme packaging including procurement and contracting strategies, scope and interface management, key change management processes and cost control management of projects related to the Changi East Development programme. You will work closely with project managers, contract administrators, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the timely analysis, visualisation and reporting of programme wide schedule and costs indicators.
