What the role is

You will be part of a team to manage the purchasing and/or revenue contracting processes for SFA under the various operating procurement/revenue contracting domains to support the achievement of SFA’s mission and desired outcomes.

What you will be working on

Duties

  • Assist/lead in the operations of the procurement function to ensure timely and effective procurement of goods and services and effective management of contracts.
  • Assist/lead in managing the revenue contracting procedures function.
  • Assist in the review of procurement policies, processes, SOPs and development of appropriate procurement strategies for the organisation.
  • Provide guidance and advise to users on how to craft specifications and review submissions for both procurement and/or revenue contracting matters.
  • Conduct training on procurement and attend to suppliers’ and users’ queries on procurement and revenue contracting matters.
  • Assist in digitalisation and perform data analytics on data.
