• Coordinate with governments, including the Japanese government, regarding certification services
• Training and performance evaluation of technical surveyors
• Responding to technical inquiries and providing technical advice from clients, including shipowners and ship management companies
• Liaison with Head Office in Japan
• Verification of technical documents and certificates
• Establish and maintain quality management system
