Daily Store Operations
Oversee all day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
Open and close the store according to company standards.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium brand image.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards specific to beauty products.
Supervise, schedule, and support beauty consultants, cashiers, and service staff.
Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and set productivity expectations.
Train new employees on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
Promote a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused environment.
Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Oversee service quality for beauty treatments (if applicable).
Manage stock levels, replenish inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Oversee product displays, promotions, and placement for optimal sales impact.
Conduct regular inventory audits and manage shrinkage prevention.
Monitor daily sales performance and work with the team to achieve targets.
Review sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Manage cash handling, POS operations, and reconciliation of daily sales.
Maintain accurate records for sales, staffing, inventory, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and beauty industry standards.
Coordinate with upper management for reporting and strategic planning.
