The Operation Manager is responsible for giving direction to the entire food and beverage operational departments.

The Operation Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving profitability through revenue generation and effective cost controls whilst achieving the guest satisfaction targets and team member satisfaction goals.

The Operation Manager is responsible for developing and training F&B outlet managers and supervisors, analysing current trends and making recommendations accordingly. The Operation Manager contributes to the overall business planning and development of the overall operation of food and beverage.

Effectively communicates with team member through regular daily & weekly briefings with team members on current key activities and targets.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Operation Manager must maintain high product and service quality while adhering to relevant policies.

Experienced in mutli unit restaurant / outlets operations.
