Job description

The individual in this position is responsible for Regional Sales, to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth and market share.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities, including sales forecasts, budgets and reporting
• Develop and drive country specific strategies through partners to achieve revenue and growth.
• Collaborate across departments to align strategies and product promotion and to provide necessary and timely support to partners in resolving issues
• Provide forecasts to the Operations team to ensure timely planning and delivery.
• Manage product pricing and pricing updates for partners.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new potential channel partners to expand market reach.
• Continuously improve sales management processes and standards.
• Correspond with Japan HQ and distributors on sales and other related matters
