Overview

OSE Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements in Singapore.

Project Management
  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities.
Site Supervision
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, site supervisors, and construction workers.
  • Resolve issues or delays on-site promptly.
Compliance & Safety
  • Implement and enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) policies.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control protocols.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure timely approval of project deliverables and changes.
Budget & Cost Control
  • Prepare cost estimates and monitor expenditures against budgets.
  • Approve procurement orders, invoices, and progress claims.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Planning and Scheduling

Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring progress against these.

Coordination

Working with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Resource Management

Managing resources including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Budget Management

Tracking project costs and ensuring adherence to the budget.

Quality Control

Implementing quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
