Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Cleaning & Environmental Services to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high service standards for our clients. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring all operations run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and supervise cleaning operations across assigned sites.
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and cleaning staff to meet service delivery targets.
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower allocation, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure proper handling and application of cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality and adherence to SOPs.
  • Liaise with clients to address service feedback, complaints, and improvement requests.
  • Prepare operational reports, cost control plans, and performance evaluations.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Environmental Studies, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in cleaning, facilities management, or environmental services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, chemical safety, and equipment handling.
