Job description

• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and health concerns.
• Ensure high level of service standards.
• Educate clients on relaxation techniques and post-massage care.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
• Responsible for all day to day management, ensuring smooth running of the operations.
• To maintain accurate inventory control records.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Build teamwork to improve productivity.
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills.
• Dedicated with desire to strive towards excellence
• Any other duties as assigned.
