Responsibilities

- Assist with operations may require to carrying loads>20kg
- Schedule staff and plan workloads to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Conduct staff appraisals and address performance issues.
- Develop staff skills and provide ongoing training.
- Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations to maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
- Control costs, including budgeting for supplies, equipment, and labor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and functional.
- Manage and oversee waste management processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other relevant policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Make sure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Liaise with supervisors and clients to prioritize tasks and address needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Sale & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Physically fit in order to carry heavy objects
- Independent and able to take initiative
- Good coordination and organisation skills
- Possesses good time management
- Able to work well in a team
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time
- The ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work within opening hours (e.g weekends & Public holidays)
- Willing to work multiple shifts
