A leading construction solutions firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in business development and at least 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction drafting and land surveying processes, along with excellent communication and market awareness skills. The role requires commitment and the ability to work under pressure, as well as flexibility for urgent client matters.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the construction, drafting, or land surveying industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Must have construction drafting knowledge (e.g., plan reading, technical drawings, CAD, GIS understanding).
Must have land survey–related business knowledge, including familiarity with survey processes, services, and project workflows.
Work Ethic: Must be highly committed, hardworking, and result-oriented.
Availability:
Willing to work evenings, Sundays, and public holidays when required.
Must be able to remain on standby 24/7 for urgent project calls or client matters.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong market awareness with the ability to identify new business opportunities in construction and surveying industries.
Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
