Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in a day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the food atrium
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and relevant government regulations are strictly followed
  • Attend to enquiries and requests from tenants, customers, and cleaning staff promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular hygiene inspections and perform inventory checks at the outlets
  • Carry out periodic cash audits to ensure compliance with the Cash Control Policy
  • Coordinate and support virtual food delivery orders across multiple tenants
  • Monitor stall presentation, visual merchandising standards, and staff grooming across outlets
  • Act as the main point-of-contact for external contractors and suppliers
  • Contribute to operational improvements by recommending and implementing innovative practices
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Senior Management
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Business, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
