Job description

As a Management Trainee Executive, focusing on Secretariat Support, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Organize Seminars and Member Events
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for seminars and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging and productive member gatherings.
2. Administer Seminars/Courses Accreditation
  • Manage the accreditation process for seminars and courses.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance.
3. Provide Secretariat Support to Committees
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
  • Attend committee meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Provide Membership Support
  • Manage membership enrolment.
  • Plan and coordinate membership engagement.
5. Other Ad-Hoc Duties
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the administrative function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in related roles.
  • Organized and with good time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player while also able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual communication tools such as Zoom.
