Comprehensive Training Programme

Phase 1: CMFAS Professional Certification (First 4 Weeks)

Begin your journey with fully sponsored training and tutorials to prepare for the four core CMFAS examinations required by the industry. Our experienced trainers will guide you throughout the certification process.

Phase 2: HSBC Foundational Training

Upon obtaining your required certifications, you will attend a five-day HSBC foundational training programme alongside a cohort of new Management Trainees. A S$1,500 study allowance will be awarded upon successful completion of the programme.

Phase 3: Practical Development & Mentorship (Next 8 Weeks)

Receive hands‑on training while working closely with experienced managers and mentors. During this structured development programme, you will gain practical knowledge in:
