Job Summary
The Management Trainee (Corporate Services) programme is designed to groom future corporate leaders through structured rotations across key corporate functions. Over an 18-month period, trainees will gain exposure to procurement, finance, compliance, and digitalization projects. This programme provides a strong foundation in corporate operations and strategic support, preparing trainees to take on permanent roles within the organization upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of procurement and finance activities, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance and audit materials to meet internal and external standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing to the streamlining and digitalisation of workflows.
- Assist in budget monitoring, data verification, and preparation of management reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support corporate service operations and organisational objectives.
- Contribute to cost optimisation reviews, digitalisation projects, and other strategic initiatives.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to senior staff, including research, documentation, and presentation preparation.
- Participate in attachments and rotations across departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of corporate functions.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship or project experience in procurement, finance, or corporate services is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
