Are you ready to fast-track your career and step into a future leadership role? This 2-year Management Trainee Programme is designed to groom high-potential individuals who aspire to make an impact and grow with our company.
Through structured rotations, hands-on projects, and close mentorship, you’ll gain broad exposure across key business functions. The programme offers two exciting tracks to choose from:
Corporate Services Track – HR, Finance, IT, and Special Projects
Retail Track – Retail Management, Marketing/Ecommerce, and Logistics & Supply Chain
Every 6–12 months, you’ll rotate within your chosen track, taking on new challenges and building a well-rounded skill set. Upon successful completion, you’ll be well-positioned to take on a management role and shape the future of our business.
Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training across multiple functions
Contribute to key business projects and help drive process improvements
Support the execution of Management’s strategies and initiatives
Analyse business challenges and present data-driven solutions
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve team and company goals
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and leadership development activities
Provide business and administrative support to Management as needed

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn
Able to contribute in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
